About the Position

We are looking for an organized and professional virtual assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position. To be successful as a virtual assistant you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time, remote position (approximately 40 hours per week). We have team members across all US time zones, but do require that your availability overlaps between 10:30am and 4:30pm standard EST (New York) work hours.

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and slack messages within 24 business hours

  • Be able to schedule meetings internally for the CEO and Management team

  • Assist with Operations and Administration tasks

  • Gather and organize data for statistical analysis

  • Attend meetings and take notes as needed

  • Assist the CEO and Management team with other day-to-day tasks

  • Manage and maintain calendars, specifically Google Calendar

  • Manage social media accounts

  • Research and organize data

  • Timely responses to inbound sales leads

Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant

  • Available to work within US East Coast Business Hours

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Proficiency with platforms such as Slack, Asana, and other remote team messaging apps

  • Highly organized

  • Detail oriented

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

  • Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO

  • Skilled in data entry

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Customer Service experience

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
